We take pride on building partnerships with clients. Projects are endeavors that require passion, commitment, and determination.
Every grand alliance begins with a clear understanding of expectations. Our spirit blends with the culture and standards of each team we work with, ensuring a genuine commitment from all parties to the project from day one to final delivery.
It all comes down to a simple fact: relationships.
Founded in 2002 as an innovative business model for the Architectural community, we rapidly expanded to engineering, arts, graphics and software development.
We meet clients with an open approach, focused on high-quality service and cost-effectiveness. We have offices strategically located to support clients, with on-site coordinators that work inside the client’s offices to make the entire experience seamless and efficient.
This is the story of how I started back in 2001. I took a “sabbatical” year and went to enjoy the magic, the wind, and the waves of Maui. There, I had the opportunity to learn about construction and work with architects and engineers on project documentation, while, of course, enjoying the island lifestyle. Once back home, I finished a project remotely for a studio in Hawaii. Before WiFi, smartphones. Even before FTP was a standard protocol, I was working remotely on a project, using ArchiCAD –the very early stages of BIM. And that’s how this business model of embracing technology to solve traditional problems with new paradigms was conceived.
That was the spirit then, and it is today. There will always be a way to help our clients deliver their projects faster, with higher quality, and with a cost-convenient leverage. Today, we build digital prototypes. We think of technology as the means to an end, improving the building experience from inception to operation. We combine BIM capabilities, state-of-the-art VR development, and software development skills to put forth the new generation of solutions for the AEC industry.
10 years from now, most of the jobs we know today won’t exist. We are prepared to welcome the future with the same spirit. Thus, it’s the adventure that keeps us moving. As long as there are waves –much like the days on Maui’s North shore– we will continue riding them.
