Corbis provided HKIT Architects wirh Architectural Production Delivery, to produce Design Development Drawings (DDs) and Construction Documents (CDs). For projects of this size and nature, it was proposed that an on-site coordinator, to work at HKIT's offices as part of the team and a launch trip from one of our PM or PA.

The project would remain as described in the Schematic Design pdf, and would not be subject to significant design modifications without a design revision proposal. The timeline of work took approximately 30 weeks.
