Our client, Arcos Dorados, is the largest McDonald's franchisee in the world, operating 2,200+ restaurants in 20 markets across Latin America. In Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, the company developed a remodeling program with the challenge of transforming its whole portfolio in a few years, updating the design of the restaurants to the latest image standards and operative platforms.

For 2023, we became a strategic partner to Arcos Dorados in its McDonald's Remodeling program, leading the transformation to the new global Restaurant 2.0 exterior guidelines of seven locations. The program also included the design of interior layouts, applying approved décor packages, and the adjustment of equipment footprint to the latest standards, improving the overall operation of the restaurants. We provided Branded Architecture, MEP+Structural management, and Interior design for the renovation of 7 locations. Our all-encompassing design methodology, strongly supported by dedicated BIM implementation, highly surpassed the traditional process to which the market and the client were used to.
