Public Storage operates thousands of self-storage facilities in different United States and European locations, totaling more than 142 million net rentable square feet of real estate. A prototype design solution is proposed to stitch together and cohesively unite 2,400 existing locations and future property acquisitions under one brand. It began its “Property of Tomorrow” program to elevate the customer experience through technology, a transformed operating model, and property enhancements.
