UCB University Hall is a Structural Retrot of an 8-story high-rise building located near the UC Berkeley campus. The building is mostly Class B occupancy with a handful of Class A assembly spaces. The building was upgraded to a type IV structural rating. EHDD and Corbis worked on a short pre-design study to outline the scope of work and get cost estimating.
