The Block 21 project is a mixed-use high-rise tower located Denny Triangle. It's a development that includes two office buildings —both part of Amazon’s expanding headquarters, with a below-grade parking garage. The two office towers are connected by a bridge and sit atop street-level retail space. Block 21 is targeting the LEED Gold-level certification as well as projecting a 17% increase in efficiency over conventional energy plants. Also, Amazon devoted a place its newest headquarters building as a permanent home for a Mary’s Place Family Shelter.
