This seven-story, mixed- use development includes 351 residential units, approximately 8,000 sq ft of retail and indoor recreation spaces, 7,000 sq ft of live/work space and 267 parking places.
The project complements The Station at Othello Park Hence, providing not only a strategic place directed at residential life, but also a hub for commerce and community activities in the neighborhood.
Corbis provided support in the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Drawings stages with the production of BIM Models. They included working in the Architectural Shell and Core, Common Area (main lobby, elevator lobby, corridor, and washrooms), Interior Design for up to six (6) residential unit types, and two (2) interior design finish option drawing production. As part of our business model, we allocated one on-site coordinator for the duration of the project to sit at the client's office.
