The MOD Pizza remodeling program was a Rollout project where we delivered 190 restaurant stores throughout various cities in the United States for a period of 3 years of work. This pizza restaurant chain based in the United States has more than 400 stores in the US and in the UK. It is headquartered in Seattle, WA. The decor and layout of MOD restaurants have been described as "family-friendly," with Zagat observing it has a "simple and functional vibe that ties in nicely with its DIY theme." The interior of each MOD restaurant is unique and "locally inspired. The typical store comprised an approximately footprint area of 3,000 sq. ft. and a gross floor area of around 2,500 sq. ft. The key details of our rollout program management lie in three factors: speed, communication, and coordination. The nature of the program is based on repetition and efficiency. The success of this program as well as all the rollout programs we have participated in share the following 5 components: Careful and detailed planning, proactive communication throughout the supply chain, disciplined application of proven processes, an experienced and well-connected team, and well organized and structured documentation.
