The project consists of a 2.76 acres development as Phase II of a 10.59 acres lot general project. With 280 feet of beach frontage, the plan includes one oceanfront seven-storey building with 63 residential units, two poolside three-storey buildings with 24 residential units, one reception building with general support services, a gym, sauna and owner's lounge, and a swimming pool area including one hot tub, all designed in a eclectic neo-classical Spanish-colonial fusion style. CG provided support on Schematic Design and Design Development stages and developed the construction drawings set. CG was also involved in consultants coordination, and provided support on Landscaping and Interior Design.
