Located in downtown Cordoba (Argentina’s second-biggest city), it is easily accessible from every point in the city by both pedestrians and vehicles. Regarding the building, it totals an amount of 11,500 sq. mt. (123,784 sq. ft.) and it sits on a 1,515 sq. mt. (16,307 sq. ft.) area. This is a relevant piece of data, as there are pre-existing conditions by the city hall for site surpassing the 1,500 sq. mt. area (16,145 sq. ft.).

By creating a schedule of meetings with the developer, the construction company and the consultants, we implemented the IPD best practices and were able to complete the design and documentation of the project in 25% less time than expected. The Regam Pilay system requires apartments to be of a very specific size, so the design had to contemplate extremely detailed and precise measures to comply with the specifications.
