This office building houses one of Australia’s four largest financial institutions. The proposed development is situated on a triangular-shaped lot between two streets and the back of a stadium. The project is composed by a 4-level podium including a car parking, plants, ancillary areas, retail space, an entry lobby, a bank branch/cafe, an auditorium, staff training facilities, and a childcare center. The office tower has 10 levels and includes mixed-use spaces.
CorbisStudio created and managed both the BIM models and documentation during Design Development and Construction phases. Regarding the drawing’s phases, since this was the first time we were coordinating a project between our client and 3 teams working simultaneously in New York, Melbourne, and Cordoba, the BIM strategy called for 5 Revit models for architecture and 5 for interior design. The scope included creating basic Revit models for consultant coordination.
