Project Description

The Block 57 East project is located in the South Lake Union area of Seattle, Washington. The building consists of 4 levels of below grade parking of approximately 130,000 square feet and 6 levels of bio-tech office of approximately 220,000 square feet for a total gross building area of approximately 350,000 square feet of development.
