Pocito Social Life is one of Argentina's most significant mixed-use developments. It boasts three imposing 40-story towers with residential and coworking spaces. Residences begin on the 14th floor, offering 15 units across six different typologies per floor. Situated on a commercial podium, the project provides a versatile program tailored to adapt to the evolving needs of the commercial sector.
