The 24-story tower would offer hotel, residential and retail space, according to a document submitted to Metro, and would stand about 285 feet tall, ranking it among downtown's 30 tallest structures. It will be located on a surface parking lot at 127 Rosa Parks Blvd. The tower will include 250 hotel rooms, 134 apartments and a structured garage with 170 parking spaces. The retail will span about 4,000 square feet.
