The project includes a 450,000-square-foot, 11-story high-rise office tower complemented by a fitness center, conference center, dining facility and a six-level garage structure with 1,500 parking spaces. In particular, the layout of user functions within the building posed a challenge to the ambitious 19-month fast-track schedule. The dining facility is a particular highlight. It occupies approximately 25,000 square feet and serves 2,500 people daily.
