The project consists of a mixed-use complex, comprising residential units, retail, and parking. Via Tendenza is the first building in Playa del Carmen to incorporate a parking facility in its design. In addition to a parking structure for 440 vehicles, it is composed of 10 two-story retail spaces, and 27 apartment units (18 two-bedroom units and 9 two-story three-bedroom units).
