One River Run, designed by OZ Architecture, is Keystone’s first major development in 20 years. This 301,978-square-foot mixed-use project includes 95 luxury ski-in/ski-out condos, a hotel with over 100 rooms, a spa, two restaurants, event space, a ski school, retail, and a ski club. Sustainable features aim for Green Globes Certification with notable energy and water savings. Located along the Snake River, the development also enhances the River Run gondola plaza with below-grade parking and other improvements.
