This Japanese designer, manufacturer, and casual clothing retailer operates 2,400 stores worldwide. It plans to open 200 stores in the US, around 20 stores a year. The company has two global flagships in New York and plans to open another one on the West Coast.

We served this client as project delivery specialists, working with a team of architects and engineers to design and deliver five stores. We provided branded architecture, MEP management, interior design, and permit processing. As part of the process, we implemented the full power of BIM, from laser scanning of existing conditions and BIM models to a full set of drawings approved for the city, maximizing the impact of BIM throughout the complete project lifecycle.
