Undertaken as part of Burswood’s $750 million redevelopments, the Gaming Extension project comprised construction of an expansion of the gaming floor onto an existing podium deck, high-quality fitout for casino gaming plus a pub, bar, restaurant, cafe, entertainment lounge, and amenities. The works also included hard and soft landscaping to the existing podium deck, hotel porte-cochere, and colonnade. The Existing Gaming area also underwent refurbishment including the staged replacement of the existing finishes and enhanced ceilings, walls and floor coverings to match the new extension. .
