Nordstrom Rack is an American off-price department store chain founded in 1973 and a subsidiary of the luxury department store chain Nordstrom. Nordstrom Rack offers branded clothing and accessories for women, men, and kids at a large discount to consumers across the United States and Canada.

We worked with MG2 to produce the complete set of construction documents for several Nordstrom Rack stores. The scope was divided into two stages according to the proposed strategy to start working on this project. This strategy was applied in 11 stores during 2022. Each store averages around 35,000 square feet and is located throughout the country.  Our team developed an electrical BIM model for the schematic design of the sales area and the back of the facility. This included lighting, power, HVAC power, intrusion and fire alarm communications, as well as the video surveillance system.
