This luxury residential project, situated in the pictures of Cabbage Beach, Bahamas, comprises four distinct buildings masterfully envisioned by SB Architects, a leader in hospitality design. All residences showcase ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and inviting outdoor verandas, melding indoor and outdoor lifestyles. These luxury homes range from two to four bedrooms, including five-bedroom beach villas and penthouses.

We provided SB Architects with Architectural production for DD & CD phases, including BIM modeling and Documentation. We also offered BIM and Coordination Services, including Clash Detection and Coordination support.

In addition, we proposed the support of an On-Site Coordinator to work locally with SB Architects for three months, assisting in the Ocean Club Residences project.
