One Spruce Peak, located in Morristown, Vermont, has 27 residential units with ski-in/ski-out access and special facilities for residents. The revolutionary design of the building eliminates all corridors, making the residential space 100% sellable. The sloping roof and undulating facade of the structure, inspired by Mount Mansfield's tremendous presence, give homage to the mountain's curves and geology. Stowe's autumnal environment inspired the color palette of natural wood tones, russets, and warm grays. It has a total floor area of 135,000 sqft.
