Port Phillip Prison is a prominent maximum-security prison for men. As part of the expansion, this project consisted of building 29, Matilda Unit, a 118-bed maximum security two-story prison cell unit with 25,850 SQFT; Central Movement Building contains high-level security and facilities for the central control personnel within Port Phillip Prison with 7,000 SQFT; Admissions Building, it was a refurbishment to the existing one with 5,500 SQFT; Industrial Education Building with 9,200 SWFT and finally, the Industrial Building with 6,500 SQFT.
