Florencia joined us in 2007 and has worked on a great variety of domestic and international projects. She currently serves as Program Architect, leading her team with charisma and empowerment and creating an environment that fosters accountability and proactivity.

She masters the multi-site programs sector, where she handles architectural production service and ensures the consistency of every detail. With her experience working for prominent international brands, such as Uniqlo and McDonald's, she can understand the particularities of the design and needs of each client, building a tailor-made service and helping them to engage with their audiences.

Having good communication with the client is the key to understanding their expectations and working to exceed them. Building relationships is just as enjoyable to me as delivering building drawings.

Her vast professional experience includes more than a decade of projects around the globe. Australia, Germany and the Middle- East are just some of the places she has visited to meet clients and join on-site projects. She was part of the team that participated in the delivery of a 650-beds complex in Abu Dhabi, a development of luxury apartments in Australia, and more than 1,000 retail domestic stores.

With a passion for challenges and a proactive nature, Florencia always stays ahead of the curve, looking for new opportunities to improve, learn, and transfer knowledge.

Her place in the world could be an airport, reading a horror book and waiting for the next adventure to be discovered.
