The 26th and Alcott Residential Mixed-use development consists of approximately 550 residential units within the 700,000-square-foot development. A total of 15 above-grade levels (with levels 1 -3 as parking and residential) and 12 levels of residential levels plus amenities, and retail/commercial mixed-use areas distributed at the podium.
