AVA at Palm Jumeirah by Omniyat is a new ultra-luxury residential development on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah. This project features 17 exclusive residences, including three- and four-bedroom units and a penthouse, each with 13-ft high ceilings, panoramic windows, and private terraces with pools offering 270-degree views. The architecture is notable for its gracious curves and wrap-around terraces, with an entrance defined by walls of falling water.
