The project consisted of the construction of an open-plan office building in the Las Condes district. It is the first building in South America to measure its carbon footprint from its foundations, and aspires to LEED gold certification, in accordance with the requirements of the U.S Green Building Council. The building has: 2 16-story towers, a technical floor, a plinth with lighting, 5 underground.
