The project comprises an open-plan office building in the Las Condes district. The building has two 16-story towers, a technical floor, a basement with lighting, and five underground levels. It is the first building in South America to measure its carbon footprint from the ground up and is seeking LEED Gold certification under the requirements of the U.S. Green Building Council.
