The project has transformed a 3-story post-tensioned concrete structure into a vibrant, accessible, state-of-the-art center for civic and cultural engagement, live events and locally-focused journalism. Following the construction of a new mezzanine and accessible terrace on the upper level, the façade was renovated with various technical and aesthetic changes and the interior design of the building was improved for the tenant.
