The project includes two seven-story oceanfront buildings with 42 residential units each, a seven-story oceanfront building with 42 residential units, a seven-story building with 26 residential units, a service building, a restaurant, an oceanfront swim-up bar, a spa with gym, and a lagoon-style pool with swim-up bar. The buildings were designed in a Caribbean architectural style.
