Stoeckel Hall, home of the Yale School of Music, was fully restored and expanded. Originally built in 1897, the Stoeckel Hall renovation achieved a LEED gold rating through sustainable design strategies. The structure demonstrates exceptional reuse of materials. Eighty-seven percent of the existing envelope and structural components were reused.
