The Woodinville Creek Village project is a mixed-use, residential development that consists of seven type V 3-level buildings. Woodin Creek Village is an 11-acre mixed-use residential and retail community in downtown Woodinville. The development is an essential part of the City’s vision in creating a new urban street grid and Central Business District identity, including a fully-integrated and pedestrian-friendly village that reflects the City’s heritage and surrounding natural environment. Retail tenants include several stores, restaurants, and wine shops, including Zeek’s Pizza, Sidekick Coffee, and Woodinville Kitchen and Tap.
