Pelican Point consists of an 11 acres lot development with 532 feet of beach frontage. The project includes two oceanfront seven-story buildings with 20 residential units each, one ocean view seven-story building with 56 residential units, one arrival building with library, games room, sundry shop, gym and spa, two carriage house buildings, one back-of-house building with general support services, and a pool bar serving the swimming pool, a children’s pool and a quiet pool with infinity edge.
Our team provided Architectural and Engineering Production Delivery. We worked with the client during the Schematic Design and Design Development stages and were in charge of the development of the Construction Drawing set following the client’s Standards and Specifications. Our studio was also involved in the consultant coordination and provided support on Landscaping and Interior Design as well.
