Victoria Bazán

Project Manager

Victoria has been a vital player of Corbis for seven years, starting as a Junior Architect before becoming a Project Architect, all the way up to Project Manager specialized in the retail field.

Her commitment to enhancing processes is the cornerstone of her professional identity. She strives to create efficient pathways that lay the groundwork for future projects. She is an agent of change, using her energy to improve outcomes. With an unwavering dedication to the organization, she harnesses visual tools, dashboards, and checklists to navigate the complexities of her role. Her mantra, "Trust the process," sums up her unwavering belief in the journey and her ability to navigate change with grace.

Every project needs a clear roadmap to reach the goal. The process is as important as the results.

From luxury residential projects in California to high-rise hospitality development in Washington, Victoria has added value to a wide variety of projects, mostly in the United States, with a special focus on architectural production, high documentation standards, and project integration.

Nowadays, her path is closely connected to driving solutions for multi-site program clients, such as McDonald’s, and Uniqlo optimizing processes, and taking her team to the next level.

Outside of work, she finds inspiration in music and pottery. Grounding and sun gazing complete her personal life hack. At home, she is always looking for ways to ensure her spaces reflect the meticulousness and organization with which she approaches all aspects of her life.

While team-work is key for achieving consistent success, innovation is needed for reaching new stages
