BLVD Heights is a Residential project located in the city of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates in the Middle East. The scope of work required will cover all items necessary to complete the related works for a Virtual Model and Coordination for the BLVD Heights Towers. CorbisStudio’s scope of work will cover the production of a BIM model of the project from the Schematic Design stage through to the end of the Detailed Design Development stage. The Design development documentation drawings covered the Architecture discipline. The BIM Model supplied by our studio was to be prepared geometrically accurate as per industry standards and information available, free of clashes for the tolerances set in the BEP (BIM Execution Plan), and include all specified building systems and disciplines as coordinated with the client’s team. As part of our scope of work, our team led coordination and cooperation to cover protocols and Guidelines for Coordination and procedures. A BIM Coordination and Execution Plan was provided to create and manage systems and drawing naming conventions, file folder management, and file setup.
