One River Run is a project planned to be a state of the art, amenity rich, mixed-use development that includes a ski-in/out hotel managed by Vail Resorts, condominiums and commercial/retail space. Upon completion, the main goal is for One River Run to further position Keystone as one of North America’s great ski and summer resort destinations. The project is located in Keystone, Colorado and it is planned to become a flagship hotel brand with 100-120 rooms, and approximately 50 units condo units and 30 signature ski club Condos. Keystone is one of the closest ski resorts to Denver and the Front Range and boats having more than 3,000 acres of skiable terrain with an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. Regarding space, One River Run comprises 12,200 sq ft for commercial, 5,000 sq ft for Project Amenities, 5,000 sq ft for Banquet Space and 9,600 sq ft for Restaurant/Retail space. This mixed-use development has been envisioned as part of the Keystone Planned Unit Development for more than two decades now and represents “a critical piece” of Keystone’s base, according to a news release from Vail Resorts.
Our studio supported the client on the One River Run project with a dedicated remote off-site team and part-time on-site architect. For this mixed-use project, we included support services covering the following items: Architectural Shell and core for residential mixed-use podium and tower and the common area (main lobby, elevator lobby, amenities areas corridor, and washrooms). Our scope of work included interior design. A BIM plan as implemented and the models were developed by using Revit and Autodesk A360 / C4R cloud-based collaboration, 2018 version.
