East Terrace is a 6 story apartment with a basement carpark in the Adelaide directly overlooking the city’s picturesque East Parklands. This is a multi-family, low rise, 7-story project The building was designed to have 5000 sq. mt. (54,000 sq. ft. approx.) of residential units with a total of 14 apartments and parking. Additionally, the development is meant to include a grand entrance lobby for residents, plus extensive underground car parking and basement storage. These apartments are planned to present the highest possible standard of fixtures and finishes. In fact, with floor plans ranging in size from 123 sq. mt. to 366 sq. mt., they will be among the largest apartments available in Adelaide.
During a 3 month period of work, our BIM architects were in charge of providing BIM management and architectural production management for our client Aplin Cook Gardner. Our studio’s scope of work included providing project delivery support from late Schematic Design to Construction Drawings development for the East Terrace building, with an estimated number of 35 drawings in AutoCAD as per the deliverable list.
