KAPSARC is a residential project for the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is located approximately 22 km to the North of Riyadh and 8 km to the south of King Khalid International Airport. The residential villas will serve dual functions: To both provide ample space and amenities like retails, shops to entertain guests. The residential villas stand in relation to each other across a formal entry court. This projects main intent is to serve as a facility to develop policies and economic frameworks that reduce the environmental impact and overall costs of energy supply and enable practical technology-based solutions to use energy more efficiently. The building was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects studio.
As part of our AEC services and BIM management, CorbisStudio’s scope of work was being in charge of the Construction Drawings and Schematic Design stage to deliver Revit and AutoCAD BIM models.
